1. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order on usBapo, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected items. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order, typically within 24 hours of submission. You will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout once your order is accepted. This email will include details such as your order number, items purchased, and total amount.

All prices displayed on our website are in USD (United States Dollars) and include any applicable taxes (where required by law). The total amount charged at checkout is final, with no hidden fees—this includes the cost of your items and our global free shipping benefit.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your BAPE streetwear to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may be delayed during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to inventory adjustments, but we will notify you via email if this occurs.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes an estimated 6–12 business days to any destination worldwide. This timeline is based on standard shipping carriers and may vary slightly due to customs procedures (for international shipments) or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, logistics disruptions).

3. Payment

  • Items must be in unworn, unused condition with original tags, packaging, and authenticity labels intact (e.g., BAPE’s original tags and camo packaging).

  • Customized or limited-edition items (e.g., exclusive APE Head or Shark designs marked as “final sale”) are not eligible for returns, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Here’s what to note:
